Please note because flowers are seasonal and change depending on availability in the flower markets the products shown represent the mood, colour palette and general feel of the flowers. We will make every effort to produce something as similar as possible to the image shown but be aware it will not be an exact replica. Should any elements not be available for any reason we will enhance the design by substituting flowers of an equivalent or higher value without contacting the client.
In the unlikely event the product requested is completely unavailable we will contact the client beforehand to discuss the options.GSame day (ordered before 2pm) free delivery in Great Bardfield, contact us for other areas.
If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by making contact during office hours Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5.00pm call 01371 811102 or email: email@example.com. Please give 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.
In respect of non perishable goods you may cancel your order 72 hours after you have received confirmation of your order.
We regret that you may not cancel an order for perishable products once your order has been dispatched.
Due to the bespoke, perishable nature of our products, we are unable to refund or offer replacement products for orders which you fail to collect.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with any of our deliveries or collections upon receipt and within 24 hours of notification directly to our shop we will do our utmost to remedy the situation by replacing or agreeing a way forward to resolve any issues within reason. Leaving a bouquet of flowers in your car in the scorching sun for 48 hours, likewise microwaving your flowers will kill them through no fault of Cherry Picked Flowers.
